South Meadow at Gun Barrel Green HOA is a family subdivision located at the corner of 75th Street and Jay Road in Boulder County.  It features 92 pristinely kept homes that are set around a 12 acre park.  The park features a tennis court, playground and lots of space to run around.  This is a great neighborhood for families and socializing with neighbors.  

The purpose of this website is to improve communications with the homeowners and allow residents to quickly and easily find information about the community.

Amenities Overview 

Upon purchasing your new home, you became a member of the Homeowners’ Association (HOA).  All HOA members – in good standing – enjoy access to the numerous Community Amenities.

Why not take a stroll to the playground area. What a great way for the children to burn some of that endless energy and also make some new friends.  Adults and children alike will also enjoy the community tennis court.  South Meadow is designed so that residents can enjoy spending their time doing what they love most.

BILLINGS: The 2021 Assessments are $62.66 per calendar month.  Assessments coupons are available upon request.  Assessments are due the 1st of the month each calendar month, and are considered late if not received by the 30th of the month.  Any account with a balance due as of the 30th of the month will be assessed late fees in accordance with the collection policy of the Association.

Regular Board Meetings have been scheduled for the 2nd Thursday of Odd Numbered Months, at 3:30pm.  PLEASE NOTE:  Due to Covid-19 Precautions, HOA Board Meetings will be held via VIDEO CONFERENCE.  Please contact [email protected] for login instructions to the Video Conference, if you would like to participate. All homeowners and residents of the community are welcome to attend.
